1. Составлять (оформлять) первичные учетные документы, в том числе электронные документы; 2) осуществлять комплексную проверку первичных учетных документов; 3) обеспечивать сохранность первичных учетных документов до передачи их в архив; 4) вести регистрацию и накопление данных посредством двойной записи, по простой системе; 5) применять правила стоимостного измерения объектов бухгалтерского учета, способы начисления амортизации, принятые в учетной политике экономического субъекта; 6) составлять бухгалтерские записи в соответствии с рабочим планом счетов экономического субъекта; 7) применять методы калькулирования себестоимости продукции (работ, услуг), составлять отчетные калькуляции, производить расчеты заработной платы, пособий и иных выплат работникам экономического субъекта; 8) исчислять рублевый эквивалент выраженной в иностранной валюте стоимости активов и обязательств; 9) сопоставлять данные аналитического учета с оборотами и остатками по счетам синтетического учета на последний календарный день каждого месяца; 10) готовить справки, ответы на запросы, содержащие информацию, формируемую в системе бухгалтерского учета; 11) пользоваться компьютерными программами для ведения бухгалтерского учета, информационными и справочно-правовыми системами, оргтехникой; 12) обеспечивать сохранность регистров бухгалтерского учета до передачи их в архив; 13) исправлять ошибки, допущенные при ведении бухгалтерского учета, в соответствии с установленными правилами.

Для работы бухгалтером по учету заработной платы принимается лицо: 1) имеющее среднее профессиональное образование - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена или среднее профессиональное образование (непрофильное) - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки или имеющее среднее профессиональное (экономическое) образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы или специальную подготовку по установленной программе и стаж работы по учету и контролю не менее 3-х лет; 2) имеющее опыт работы в должности с более низкой (предшествующей) категорией не менее одного года (для должностей с категорией).
