Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением санитарных правил, гигиенических нормативов, организацией и проведением санитарно-противоэпидемических (профилактических) мероприятий. 2.2. Выявляет причины и условия возникновения и распространения заболеваний у населения. 2.3. Участвует в разработке и реализации целевых программ обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия. 2.4. Участвует в подготовке предложений по проектам программ социально-экономического развития территорий в области обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия. 2.5. Готовит материалы для проведения санитарно-эпидемиологических экспертиз, проводит расследования, обследования, исследования, испытания, а также осуществляет подготовку статистических отчетов в рамках своей компетенции. 2.6. Организует работу по гигиеническому воспитанию населения. Участвует в проведении социально-гигиенического мониторинга. Оказывает консультативную помощь специалистам других подразделений по своей специальности. 2.7. Участвует в проведении занятий по повышению квалификации медицинского персонала. 2.8. Планирует свою работу и анализирует показатели своей деятельности. 2.9. Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное оформление медицинской и иной документации в соответствии с установленными правилами. 2.10. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу. 2.11. Соблюдает правила и принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии. 2.12. Квалифицированно и своевременно исполняет приказы, распоряжения и поручения руководства учреждения и Филиала, а также нормативно-правовые акты по своей профессиональной деятельности. 2.13. Соблюдает правила внутреннего распорядка, противопожарной безопасности и техники безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима. 2.14. Оперативно принимает меры, включая своевременное информирование руководства, по устранению нарушений техники безопасности, противопожарных и санитарных правил, создающих угрозу деятельности учреждения здравоохранения, его работникам и посетителям. Систематически повышает свою квалификацию.
