Выполнять работу по ведению бухгалтерского учета ОС, в части оборудования, закупленного за бюджетные средства (государственные эталоны) ввод в эксплуатацию, перемещение, выбытие. Учет малоценных ОС проведение поступлений, перемещений между складами, списаний; формирование актов сверки, проверка правильности заполнения счетов-фактур, постановка на забалансовый учет (сч.МЦ.01, МЦ.04). Проведение инвентаризаций участие в проверках фактического наличия имущества, Ведение забалансового учета ОС и ТМЦ, закупленных в рамках госконтрактов и соглашений, а также принятых на ответственное хранение (сч. 002). Составление отчетов и актов формирование внутренней отчетности для руководства и аудита. Коммуникация с другими отделами взаимодействие с отделами закупок, склада, научными подразделениями. Соблюдение сроков и регламентов организация учета в соответствии с внутренними правилами компании.

Профильное образование; Опыт работы в бухгалтерии не менее 5 лет; Работа в 1: С-предприятии-8.3. План счетов знание кодировки бухгалтерских операций, правильное применение счетов 01, 10, 002; ФСБУ и ПБУ знание актуальных бухгалтерских стандартов, регулирующих учет имущества; Формы первичных документов понимание назначения и правил оформления накладных, актов приема-передачи, требований-накладных, счетов-фактур; Инвентаризация принципы и процедуры проверки имущества, оформление результатов и отражение расхождений; Аналитический склад ума, ответственность, коммуникабельность, неконфликтность.
