Организовывать работу подчиненных в целях выполнения поставленных задач. Замещать начальника отдела в его отсутствие. Осуществлять контроль по ведению строительного (технического) контроля за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ, приемкой работ, за подготовкой проектной документации, капитальным ремонтом зданий и сооружений, сносом домов и другое. Осуществлять контроль за сбором исходных данных для проектирования объектов капитального строительства, реконструкции и капитального ремонта, осуществлять приемку и согласование документации во всех надзорных органах в установленном порядке, решение вопросов, связанных с экспертизой проектной документации. Вести учет законченных строительно-монтажных работ и подготовку необходимых данных для составления отчетности о выполненных работах и плановых мероприятиях. Предоставлять материалы, отчеты для рассмотрения спорных вопросов с подрядными организациями, относящихся к ведению проектных, строительно-монтажных, ремонтных работ. Контроль и проверка форм КС-2, КС-3 у подрядных организаций при приемке работ. Участвовать в составлении технических заданий на проектирование, строительство, реконструкцию, капитальный ремонт, участвовать в подготовке конкурсной, аукционной документации. Участвовать в формировании планов работ, составлении графиков работы подчиненных, обеспечивать своевременную замену подчиненных, отсутствующих на рабочем месте, при отсутствии начальника отдела капитального строительства. Контроль соответствия выполняемых строительно-монтажных работ, применяемых конструкций, изделий материалов и поставляемого оборудования, проектным решениям, требованиям строительных норм и правил, стандартов, технических условий и других нормативных документов. Освидетельствование скрытых работ в процессе строительства, подготовка актов на освидетельствование скрытых работ, недостатков, выдача предписаний. Осуществлять промежуточную приемку выполненных работ. Участвовать в проведении рабочими комиссиями (приемочными комиссиями) проверок качества отдельных конструкций и узлов, видов строительно- монтажных работ. Участвовать в проверках, проводимых органами государственного надзора, оценка состояния строительного объекта, объекта реконструкции, соответствие его проектной документации.
