Менеджер по работе с пациентами (заключение договоров / продажи медицинских услуг ЭКО) Обязанности: -Консультирование пациентов по программам ЭКО и медицинским услугам клиники; -Ведение документации и продажа; -Презентация услуг клиники, формирование ценности и преимуществ лечения; -Работа с возражениями и сомнениями пациентов, доведение до принятия решения; -Контроль оплаты и координация дальнейших шагов пациента после заключения договора; -Работа с документацией (оформление договоров, согласий, актов); -Ведение внутренней отчетности и работа в CRM-системе; -Взаимодействие с врачами и медицинским персоналом для повышения конверсии в лечение; -Участие в повышении качества сервиса и клиентского опыта. Требования: -Образование (желательно: менеджмент, медицина, психология); -Опыт в продажах услуг или отделе сервиса или администратора от 1 года (медицина / премиум-сегмент — как преимущество); -Навыки ведения переговоров и закрытия сделок; -Умение работать с возражениями и выстраивать доверительную коммуникацию; -Грамотная устная и письменная речь; -Эмпатия и умение работать с чувствительной аудиторией (пациенты ЭКО); -Высокий уровень ответственности и внимательности к документам; -Стрессоустойчивость и способность работать в интенсивном потоке пациентов; -Уверенное владение ПК и CRM-системами; -Опыт работы в медицинских центрах или сфере ЭКО будет преимуществом. Условия: - Предоставление наставника для обучения и помощи в работе на период испытательного срока; -Льготное обслуживание в нашей клинике; - Работа в крупной медицинской, динамично развивающейся Компании; - Строгое соблюдение Трудового законодательства; - Своевременная и в полном объеме выплата заработной платы, премии, скидки на медицинские услуги, оказываемые в нашей организации; - График работы: 2х2 с 8:00 до 20:00; - Заработная плата оклад+ бонусы (на испытательный срок оклад); - Наш адрес: Нагорная, 4А (недалеко от метро Нагорная, Профсоюзная, Нижние Котлы).
