Принимать на хранение верхнюю одежду, головные уборы, обувь и иные личные вещи посетителей и сотрудников, выдавать жетон/талон с номером места хранения. Выдавать вещи строго по предъявлению жетона, проверять соответствие номера и содержимого. Обеспечивать сохранность сданных вещей в течение всего времени хранения. Содержать помещение гардероба в чистоте и порядке, проводить текущую уборку, контролировать исправность вешалок, крючков, освещения. Оказывать помощь посетителям, нуждающимся в поддержке (дети, пожилые, люди с ОВЗ). Фиксировать забытые и утерянные вещи, оформлять акты, вести журнал забытых вещей. Действовать по регламенту при утере жетона, при обнаружении повреждений или пропажи вещей. Соблюдать правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, внутреннего распорядка; информировать администрацию о нештатных ситуациях.

Правила приёма и хранения вещей: как принимать верхнюю одежду, головные уборы, обувь, сумки; как фиксировать номер места хранения (жетон/талон), как вести учёт при большом потоке. Порядок действий при утере жетона: как оформить акт, кто уполномочен принимать решение о выдаче вещей, как зафиксировать инцидент. Нормы охраны труда и пожарной безопасности: где расположены эвакуационные выходы, как действовать при ЧС, где находятся огнетушители и аптечка. Санитарные требования: поддержание чистоты в помещении гардероба, правила личной гигиены, регулярная уборка вешалок и пола.
