Сварку строительных, технологических и инженерных конструкций, находящихся в работе под различными видами нагрузок, в том числе и сложных конфигураций. Сварку различных элементов, деталей и конструкций на сложной электронной и электронно-вычислительной технике и специальных устройствах. Сварку узлов, аппаратов и конструкций, находящихся в различных плоскостях, в том числе и работающих под различными видами нагрузок. Сварку экспериментальных узлов, сетей и конструкций, из материалов с ограниченной свариваемостью. Сварку особо сложных деталей и конструкций во всех возможных пространственных положениях будущего сварного шва.

Среднее специальное образование, и прошедшее профессиональное обучение по программам профессиональной подготовки, переподготовки, повышения квалификации по профессиям рабочих и должностям служащих, как правило в области, соответствующей направленности (профилю) по сварочному производству. Требования к опыту практической работы Не менее года работ по третьему квалификационному уровню по профессии: газосварщик; сварщик ручной дуговой сварки плавящимся покрытым электродом; сварщик частично механизированной сварки плавлением; сварщик ручной дуговой сварки неплавящимся электродом в защитном газе; сварщик ручной плазменной сварки Не менее года работ по профессии, предусмотренной ЕТКС: газосварщик (4-5-й разряд), электросварщик ручной сварки (4-5-й разряд), электросварщик на автоматических и полуавтоматических машинах (4-5-й разряд)
