Осуществление переговоров о заключении сделок купли-продажи, включая инициацию и ведение переговоров с китайскими партнерами, заключение сделок купли-продажи от имени организации. Проведение работы по выявлению и учету потенциальных покупателей на поставляемую продукцию. Анализ состояния и тенденции изменения спроса населения, изучение потребностей покупателей. Консультация по вопросам технических и потребительских характеристик товаров, которые способствуют удовлетворению потребностей покупателей. Установление цен на товары и определение условий их продажи, учитывая особенности ценообразования на китайском и российском рынках. Оформление договоров купли-продажи, включая оформление договоров с резидентами Китая и обеспечение соответствия международным стандартам и требованиям китайского законодательства, контроль их выполнения. Организация доставки купленной продукции, в том числе логистика и таможенное оформление при экспорте/импорте с Китаем. Выявление причин нарушения условий договоров, принятие мер по их устранению и предупреждению.

Знание и применение российского и китайского законодательства и правил заключения договоров купли-продажи. Понимание основ китайского и российского финансового, хозяйственного, налогового и трудового законодательства, а также его актуальных изменений. Изучение и анализ российской бизнес-среды, включая прогрессивные формы и методы торговли и сбыта, характерные для данного рынка. Понимание перспектив развития и потребностей российских отраслей, а также потенциальных покупателей (заказчиков) китайской продукции и оказываемых услуг. Мониторинг российской конъюнктуры внутреннего и внешнего рынка, включая специфику поведения потребителей и конкурентной среды, а также влияние китайского предложения на российский рынок. Ориентация в действующих российских ценах и прейскурантах на аналогичную продукцию, а также формирование конкурентоспособной ценовой политики для китайской продукции.
