Продуктовое развитие и стратегия: Участие в разработке средне- и долгосрочных планов развития, тиражирования и создания продуктов по ТОиР и надёжности оборудования. Участие в формировании продуктовых стратегий, проработке, прототипировании и тестировании новых продуктов, решений и ПО. Сбор и подготовка функционально-технических и бизнес-требований к существующим и новым продуктам, участие в формировании концепций. Поддержка и сопровождение: Обеспечение уровня сервиса (SLA) и доступности информационных систем/сервисов в рамках своей зоны ответственности. Выполнение функций 3-й линии поддержки по продуктам. Поиск и внедрение лучших практик в области управления требованиями. Документооборот и отчётность: Ведение внутреннего документооборота, подготовка ответов на официальные запросы (в т.ч. совместно со смежными подразделениями). Предоставление отчётности по результатам работы, ведение учёта трудозатрат в установленном порядке. Табельный учёт (дополнительная функция): Контроль своевременности предоставления документов (больничные, отпуска, справки и т.п.) для корректного ведения табеля учёта рабочего времени. Контроль оформления документов на сверхурочные, работу в выходные/праздничные дни. Проверка достоверности данных в табеле, согласование и передача на хранение. Ежедневная фиксация начала и окончания рабочего дня в информационной системе. Общие обязанности: Изучение и соблюдение локальных нормативных документов (ЛНД), участие в их разработке и актуализации. Выполнение поручений руководителя, информирование о ходе работ и отклонениях, подготовка отчётных материалов. Соблюдение коммерческой тайны, правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией, требований по управлению рисками и противодействию коррупции. Исполнение иных обязанностей, предусмотренных трудовым законодательством и локальными актами.

Необходимые знания: Предметные области: ТОиР, надёжность оборудования, управление требованиями, организация разработки ПО. Производственные процессы Заказчика (по одному или нескольким направлениям) желательно. Методы формирования нормативной и справочной информации в области ТОиР приветствуются. Дополнительные преимущества: Опыт реализации продуктов по формированию нормативно-справочной информации в ТОиР.
