1. Осуществляет учет абонентов в автоматизированной системе управления ЖКХ Капитальный ремонт в части ведения реестра собственников жилья. 2. Осуществляет контроль загрузки реестра абонентов в программу. 3. Осуществляет учет изменений в реестре собственников жилья (ежемесячно). 4. Ведет учет лицевых счетов собственников жилых помещений домов, участвующих в программе капитального ремонта в разрезе: - номер лицевого счета; - жилое/нежилое помещение; - площадь общая площадь или часть площади жилого помещения, за которую начисляются взносы абоненту; - сведения о плательщике (собственнике) (ИНН, КПП, наименование, контактные данные, сведения о правоустанавливающем документе); - дата начала дата открытия лицевого счета; - дата закрытия дата закрытия лицевого счета; - статус Заключение договора, Действует, Закрыт; - прочие сведения. 5. Осуществляет инвентаризацию учета абонентов. 6. Ежедневно в течении текущей рабочей недели осуществляет работы по отражению платежей, поступивших от абонентов на специальные счета Регионального оператора за предыдущую рабочую неделю, по многоквартирным домам города Вологды, по которым учет взносов на капитальный ремонт ведет Фонд капитального ремонта МКД ВО (в том числе выгрузка банковских выписок из СББОЛ, печать банковских выписок, загрузка банковских выписок в АСУ ЖКХ Капитальный ремонт, обработка и проведение банковских выписок с учетом реестров поступивших платежей в АСУ ЖКХ Капитальный ремонт, сверка остатка денежных средств на специальном счете в АСУ ЖКХ Капитальный ремонт с остатками, указанными в банковских выписках). 7 Ежедневно осуществляет работы по внесению изменений в лицевые счета абонентов по обращениям на основании подтверждающих документов (корректировка ФИО, площади помещения, объединение/разделение, закрытие/открытие лицевых счетов с корректировкой начислений. 8 Ведет прием граждан по установленному графику. 9. Осуществляет учет невыясненных платежей абонентов (идентификация платежа и перенос на правильные реквизиты). 10. Осуществляет расчеты с льготными категориями граждан. 11. Формирует интерактивные многослойные отчеты из АСУ ЖКХ Капитальный ремонт . 12. Осуществляет работу по запросам. 13. Осуществляет делопроизводство бухгалтерских документов по итогам отчетного периода. 14. Ведет реестр архивации бухгалтерских документов.
