Руководитель группы программирования обязан: Руководить технологической подготовкой производства в части разработки: управляющих программ для станков с программным управлением, имеющихся в цехе № 505; эскизов на электроды для электроэрозионных прошивных станков, с разработкой технологического процесса на изготовление инструмента второго порядка, с внесением необходимой информации в автоматизированной системе управления производством Микрон; DXF-файлов и дальнейшего распечатывания калек для оптико-шлифовальных станков; оптимальных режимов резания для станков с ПУ в соответствии с рекомендациями производителя режущего инструмента; мероприятий по использованию режущего инструмента с учетом стойкости инструмента в сочетании с видами обрабатываемого материала. Обеспечивать разработку и внедрение в производство безопасных и безвредных технологических процессов на изготовление инструмента второго порядка, отвечающих требованиям правил и норм охраны труда, промышленной безопасности, производственной санитарии и системы стандартов безопасности труда с использованием систем автоматизированного проектирования. Осуществлять подбор и заказ необходимого инструмента на станки с ПУ, установленные в цехе №505. Участвовать в формировании статистики по использованию инструмента, применяемого на станках с ПУ. Давать рекомендации по приобретению инструмента для станков с ПУ на основании оптимального соотношения стойкости производительности цены. Осуществлять подбор и заказ кальки, используемой для оптико-шлифовальных станков.

Руководитель группы программирования цеха № 505 должен знать: постановления, распоряжения, приказы вышестоящих органов, методические, нормативные и другие руководящие материалы по технологической подготовке производства; перспективы технического развития Общества и цеха; конструкцию изделий или состав продукта, выпускаемых цехом; технологию производства продукции цеха; технологическое оборудование цеха и принципы его работы; типовые технологические процессы и режимы производства; технические требования, предъявляемые к сырью, материалам и выпускаемой цехом продукции; единую систему технологической документации (далее - ЕСТД); основы системы автоматизированного проектирования; стандарты, технические условия и технологические инструкции; порядок разработки и оформления технической документации; нормативы расхода сырья, материалов, топлива, энергии; виды брака, способы его предупреждения
