1. По направлению врача контактирует с психически больными пациентами, пациентами, страдающими другими опасными инфекционными заболеваниями, в том числе туберкулезом, ВИЧ, гепатитом С в течение рабочего дня и проводит психодиагностические исследования и длящиеся диагностические наблюдения за пациентами, в основе которых лежат патопсихологические и патогенные поведенческие стереотипы. 2. Совместно с врачом разрабатывает развивающие и психокоррекционные программы с учетом индивидуальных, половых и возрастных факторов. Организует индивидуальную и групповую работу с учетом их ценностных установок, способностей, ситуационных возможностей и актуальных планов. 3. По направлению врача проводит работу, направленную на восстановление психического здоровья и коррекцию отклонений в развитии личности пациента, выявляя условия, способствующие этим отклонениям компенсацию психических нарушений. 4. По направлению врача осуществляет мероприятия по профилактике, психокоррекции, психологическому консультированию при оказании помощи пациентам, их родственникам и медицинскому персоналу в решении личностных, профессиональных и бытовых психологических проблем. 5. Проводит работу по обучению медицинского персонала в области социальной психологии и деонтологии. 6. Совместно с врачом оценивает эффективность проводимых психокоррекционных и профилактических мероприятий. Принимает участие в работе полипрофессиональной бригады и ведет соответствующую документацию. 7. Оформляет документацию установленного образца в соответствии с требованиями действующих нормативных актов. Выполняет ежемесячные плановые показатели. 8. Участвует в работе детского телефона доверия, оказывает помощь лицам, находящимся в кризисной ситуации, ведет психологическое консультирование детей, подростков, членов их семей. 9. Отвечает за непосредственную работу с позвонившим. Совместно с руководителем службы организует помощь, выходящую за замки телефонного консультирования (медицинскую, социальную, педагогическую). 10. Помогает позвонившему найти социальные службы, в помощи которых он нуждается, отвечает на запросы, которые позвонивший не может найти, не обратившись на телефон доверия. 11. Участвует в информационно рекламной и просветительской работе с периодичностью 1 раз в 2 месяца. Должен знать: законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, действующие в сфере здравоохранения, оказания психиатрической помощи и гарантии прав граждан; медицинскую психологию; психологию личности; общую и дифференциальную психологию.
