Вакансия компании: ООО "Лайт Фид" Обязанности: Взаимодействие с поставщиками услуг по перевозке грузов. Поиск новых транспортных компаний. Организация и сопровождение перевозки грузов клиентам. Расчёт оптимальных маршрутов, сроков и стоимости; котировка ставок логистики для отдела продаж. Контроль поставок грузов от загрузки на складах до разгрузки в конечном пункте. Решение нештатных ситуация при возникновении; Взаимодействие со складским комплексом по оформлению заявок на прием/выдачу товаров. Решение вопросов при возникновении. Сопровождение документооборота по заказам, оформление электронных транспортных накладных (ЭТрН); Контроль движения и исполнения документов, возврата оригиналов первичных учетных документов от клиентов по произведенным отгрузкам товаров; Контроль взаиморасчетов с перевозчиками; Взаимодействие с сотрудниками компании на всех этапах согласования документов; Ведение баз данных, работа в CRM, ЭДО; Мониторинг и контроль цен и качества оказываемых услуг поставщиков. Сбор информации по проблемам для дальнейшего анализа и проработки Выявление возможностей для автоматизации процессов, с последующим обсуждением с ключевыми участниками. Требования: Опыт работы на участке организации перевозки грузов; Умение работать в режиме многозадачности, хорошие коммуникативные навыки; Знание правил заполнения сопроводительных документов на перевозимый груз (УПД, ЭтРН); Уверенное пользование офисными программами, 1С, эл. почта; Ответственность, внимательность в документах, исполнительность, доброжелательность. Условия: Оформление по ТК РФ; Заработная плата: на период испытательного срока (3 месяца) — 90 000 рублей (на руки), по окончании испытательного срока — 100 000 рублей. График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00; Место работы: г. Москва, Стрельбищенский переулок, д. 30, стр. 1А, ближайшие станции метро: улица 1905 года, Шелепиха.
