Наша команда занимается ипотечным кредитованием клиентов при покупке недвижимости в сервисе ДомКлик. Мы решаем любые вопросы с недвижимостью и делаем процесс получения ипотеки проще и комфортнее для наших клиентов. Тебе предстоит: консультировать клиентов по ипотечным и жилищным программам, сделкам без ипотечных средств, необходимому пакету документов для проведения сделки сопровождать клиентов по уже выданным ипотечным кредитам взаимодействовать с Федеральной службой государственной регистрации, кадастра и картографии (Росреестр) в части регистрации и снятия обременения при необходимости взаимодействовать со смежными подразделениями по вопросам документации. Эта работа подойдет тебе если ты: специалист со средним специальным, высшим или неоконченном высшим образованием хочешь получить опыт работы с недвижимостью, ипотечном кредитовании и построить карьеру в банковской сфере готов работать по гибкому или плавающему графику хочешь стать мастером банковских продуктов и экспертом по коммуникациям с клиентами будет плюсом, если у тебя есть опыт работы в одной из сфер: кредитование, продажи, недвижимость, обслуживание клиентов.
