Работник обязан добросовестно исполнять следующие должностные обязанности: 1.1. Санитарно-просветительская психогигиеническая работа среди населения, информирование о возможных рисках заболевания психическими и наркологическими расстройствами. 1.2. Обучение способам устранения нервно-психического напряжения. 1.3. Информирование пациента о способах профилактики психических/ наркологических расстройств. 1.4. Пропаганда психогигиенических знаний среди населения. 1.5. Пропаганда здорового образа жизни, правильного питания. 1.6. Коммуникация с родственниками пациентов, оказание им психологической помощи и поддержки. 1.7. Работа с уязвимыми группами населения по смягчению стрессоров и повышению сопротивляемости организма к психическим и наркологическим расстройствам. 1.8. Осуществление взаимодействия с другими врачами-специалистами. 1.9. Обязан быть зарегистрирован на портале непрерывного медицинского образования и фармацевтического образования (http://edu.rosminzdrav.ru); Министерство здравоохранения Краснодарского края Система дистанционного обучения (http://www.kuban-edu.ru/).

На должность врача-психиатра-нарколога назначается лицо, имеющее высшее образование специалитет, прошедшее подготовку в ординатуре по специальности "Психиатрия-наркология". Профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Психиатрия - наркология" при наличии подготовки в интернатуре/ординатуре по специальности "Психиатрия". Повышение квалификации не реже одного раза в 5 лет в течение всей трудовой деятельности. Без предъявления требований к стажу работы. 1.4. Особые условия допуска к работе: сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности "Психиатрия"; прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований) в порядке, установленном законодательством Российской Федерации; отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
