Контролировать и анализировать выполнение цехом производственной программы; Обеспечивать соблюдение схемы физико-химического контроля выпускаемой продукции технологическим персоналом цеха; Взаимодействие со службой Департамента по технологии и техническому развитию глинозёмного производства в части ведения технологии получения глинозёма в цехе; Контролировать своевременность и качество выполнения технологическим персоналом своих обязанностей и заданий; Координировать работы подразделений цеха в части ведения технологического процесса; Организовывать взаимодействие с другими подразделениями дирекции по глинозёмному производства; Контролировать выполнение цехом плановых заданий по объему производства продукции необходимого качества; Формировать и предоставлять по назначению отчеты о работе цеха; Организовывать работу по техническому развитию производства, совершенствованию технологии и оборудования, механизации и автоматизации производственных процессов, повышению качества выпускаемой продукции; Участвовать в разработке предложений по более рациональному использованию природных ресурсов, предотвращению вредного воздействия на окружающую среду, повышению экологической безопасности производства; Проводить работы по обобщению и распространению передовых приемов и методов труда, изучению и внедрению передового отечественного и зарубежного опыта; Организовывать выполнение утвержденных мероприятий (планов), приказов и других нормативных документов, направленных на совершенствование и развитие технологического процесса; Проводить анализ хода технологического процесса, случаев отклонений от технологического режима; принимать меры по предупреждению и ликвидации аварий, простоев оборудования и других неполадок в работе; Организовывать обеспечение подразделений цеха технической документацией по ведению технологического процесса.

Высшее техническое образование, в области цветной металлургии; Опыт работы от 3-х до 5 лет специалистом в области цветной металлургии; Навыки управления и оптимизации технологического процесса; Безопасность и экология; Контроль качества (Знание стандартов: ISO9001, ASME/API, ГОСТ); Основы ремонтного дела и надежности оборудования, в том числе умение чтения инженерных чертежей.
