Инженер-смотритель зданий и сооружений Требования: Образование: - Высшее техническое по специализации Промышленное и гражданское строительство - стаж от 3-х лет Навыки: Должен знать методические и нормативные документы, касающиеся надзора за состоянием зданий и сооружений; строительные нормы и правила; технические условия на производство и приемку строительно-монтажных работ; отечественный и зарубежный опыт надзора за состоянием зданий и сооружений; основы экономики, организации производства, труда и управления; основы трудового законодательства; правила по охране окружающей среды; правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Обязанности: Выполняет работу по надзору за состоянием зданий и сооружений организации. Осмотр зданий и сооружений по утвержденному графику. Выявляет износы отдельных конструкций, частей зданий и сооружений. Устанавливает очередность и сроки выполнения ремонтных работ, принимает выполненные работы, обеспечивает подразделения организации инструкциями по эксплуатации зданий и сооружений, осуществляет технический инструктаж лиц, ответственных за эксплуатацию зданий и сооружений. Расследует факты неправильной эксплуатации зданий и сооружений, принимает меры по устранению выявленных недостатков. Принимает участие в инвентаризации зданий и сооружений организации и их переоценке. Составляет акты на снос зданий и сооружений и ликвидацию основных средств. Принимает участие в комиссиях по приемке объектов капитального строительства в эксплуатацию и берет эти объекты на учет. Принимает откорректированную чертежно-техническую документацию на вводимые в эксплуатацию здания и сооружения, а также исполнительные схемы и акты ввода в эксплуатацию. Обеспечивает архивное хранение документации. Составляет отчетность по установленной форме. И др. согласно должностной инструкции.
