The posting

1. Осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению действующего законодательства, инструкций, стандартов, нормативов по интегрированной системе управления промышленной безопасностью, охраной труда и окружающей среды. 2. Организовывает работу по управлению промышленными рисками в соответствии с политикой Компании. 3. Планирует в рамках ИСУ ПБОТОС, основываясь на результатах идентификации и оценки промышленных опасностей и рисков, законодательных и других требований, применимых к деятельности Компании и Общества. 4. Планирует и проводит внутренние аудиты ИСУ ПБОТОС (составление графика внутренних аудитов, составление программы аудита объекта ИСУ, выявление и регистрация несоответствий, определение причин несоответствия, оценка необходимости принятия корректирующих/ предупреждающих действий, направленных на устранение причин несоответствий). 5. Организует проведение мониторинга и измерений в интегрированной системе управления промышленной безопасности, охраны труда и окружающей среды.6. Организует проведение годового анализа ИСУ на уровне ПБОТОС (сбор и подготовка информации, в том числе протоколов анализа ИСУ на уровне подразделения, подготовка итогового отчета, распространение результатов анализа ИСУ). 6. Организует проведение идентификации/актуализации законодательных и других нормативных документов на уровне Общества.8. Ведет договорные обязательства в рамках своей компетенции, с предоставлением бухгалтерской отчетности. 7. Обеспечивает организацию внешних аудитов ИСУ ПБОТОС органом по сертификации. 8. Координирует деятельность по разработке корректирующих/предупреждающих действий.

Образование высшее, опыт работы в направлении ПБОТОС не менее 1 года, знание международных стандартов в области ПБОТОС, коммуникабельность, уверенный пользователь ПК
