Предоставление консультативной и правовой поддержки физическим/юридическим лицам (в телефонном режиме и посредством сети Интернет) по вопросам, отнесенным к сфере ЖКХ, в том числе разъяснения норм жилищного законодательства; обработка обращений заявителей, ведение и заполнение базы данных на основании полученной информации; взаимодействие с органами местного самоуправления муниципальных образований Красноярского края при получении сведений от заявителей о грубых нарушениях норм жилищного законодательства на соответствующей территории.

Знание: Жилищного кодекса Российской Федерации; постановлений Правительства Российской Федерации от 06.05.2011 № 354 О предоставлении коммунальных услуг собственникам и пользователям помещений в многоквартирных домах и жилых домов, от 13.08.2006 № 491 Об утверждении Правил содержания общего имущества в многоквартирном доме и Правил изменения размера платы за содержание и ремонт жилого помещения в случае оказания услуг и выполнения работ по управлению, содержанию и ремонту общего имущества в многоквартирном доме надлежащего качества и (или) с перерывами, превышающими установленную продолжительность, от 15.05.2013 № 416 О порядке осуществления деятельности по управлению многоквартирными домами; постановления Госстроя Российской Федерации от 27.09.2003 № 170 Об утверждении Правил и норм технической эксплуатации жилищного фонда Стаж работы в сфере ЖКХ приветствуется. Зарабатная плата (доход) в месяц 54 136, до вычета налогов.

Режим работы: сменный график. I смена с 9 часов 00 минут до 18 часов 00 минут (перерыв на обед продолжительностью 60 минут: с 13 часов 00 минут до 14 часов 00 минут); II смена c 11 часов 00 минут до 20 часов 00 минут (перерыв на обед продолжительностью 60 минут: обед с 15 часов 00 минут до 16 часов 00 минут).
