Обязанности: Обеспечивать хозяйственное обслуживание подразделения, поддерживать надлежащее состояние зданий и помещений в соответствии с нормами производственной санитарии, пожарной безопасности и охраны труда; контролировать исправность инженерных систем (освещения, отопления, вентиляции, водоснабжения и др.). Участвовать в планировании текущих и капитальных ремонтов, формировании смет хозяйственных расходов, а также контролировать качество выполнения ремонтных работ. Организовывать обеспечение подразделения мебелью, хозяйственным и канцелярским инвентарём, расходными материалами, оборудованием и средствами механизации труда; вести учёт их расходования, контролировать сохранность и своевременный ремонт. Готовить документы для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, вести отчётность по расходованию средств и материалов, контролировать рациональное использование бюджета на хозяйственные нужды. Организовывать приём и обслуживание командированных сотрудников и делегаций, а также хозяйственную поддержку совещаний, конференций, семинаров и других мероприятий. Руководить работами по благоустройству, уборке и озеленению территории, праздничному и художественному оформлению фасадов зданий. Обеспечивать выполнение противопожарных мероприятий, содержание пожарного инвентаря в исправном состоянии и контроль соблюдения требований пожарной безопасности и охраны труда сотрудниками подразделения. Внедрять средства механизации труда, связи и оргтехники для повышения эффективности работы отдела. Организовывать табельный учёт, формировать распорядок рабочего дня, обеспечивать рациональную организацию питания сотрудников в обеденные перерывы. Руководить работой подчинённого персонала, ставить задачи, контролировать их исполнение, обеспечивать соблюдение локальных нормативных актов. Требования: Высшее профессиональное образование (профиль — в соответствии со спецификой административно‑хозяйственной деятельности в образовательном учреждении). Опыт работы на руководящей или смежной хозяйственной должности — не менее 3 лет. Уверенное владение ПК, Microsoft Word и Microsoft Excel. Условия: Место работы: г. Жуковский, ул. Гагарина, д.16 Возможности профессионального развития. Официальное оформление по ТК РФ. График работы: 5/2 (офис), с 09:00 до 18:00, выходные: суббота, воскресенье. В соответствии с ТК РФ работники сферы образования при трудоустройстве обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о ее получении (в электронном виде запрос через Госуслуги).
