The posting

Выполнять комплекс работ по техническому и оперативному обслуживанию, текущему ремонту оборудования КИПиА в соответствии с правилами, инструкциями и приказами, тем самым обеспечивая бесперебойную работу оборудования КИПиА по закрепленной зоне ответственности. Знать основные технологические процессы и алгоритмы работы КИПиА и АСУ ТП по закрепленной зоне ответственности. Осуществлять контроль за техническим состоянием и безопасной эксплуатацией оборудования КИПиА, а также участвовать в расследовании причин его выхода из строя. Выполнять оперативное устранение отказов и дефектов оборудования КИПиА, выполнять заявки технологического персонала по проверке работоспособности и достоверности показаний средств КИПиА. В случае невозможности выполнения работ собственными силами принимает решение об эскалации инцидента на вышестоящий уровень поддержки или вызова специалиста соответствующей квалификации на производственный объект. Проводить анализ отказов оборудования КИПиА, вести учет замечаний по его работе, обобщать опыт эксплуатации, составлять отчеты, готовить предложения по устранению замечаний. Разрабатывать мероприятия по повышению надежности работы оборудования КИПиА и совершенствования процедур технического обслуживания.

В своей работе Инженер по КИПиА должен знать: - законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации; - основы трудового законодательства; - методические и нормативные документы по эксплуатации, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту оборудования КИПиА; - перспективы развития схем и систем КИПиА; - основы метрологии; - организацию ремонта и технического обслуживания оборудования, принципы планирования технического обслуживания и ремонта; - систему планово-предупредительного ремонта и рациональной эксплуатации приборного оборудования; - технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности, назначение и принципы работы оборудования, правила технической эксплуатации; - порядок составления заявок на оборудование, материалы, запасные части, инструмент; порядок тарификации работ и работников, положения по оплате труда;
