Координировать работу сотрудников Компании, подрядчиков, поставщиков, и других лиц, вовлеченных в реализацию проектов, для эффективного достижения целей проектов; Разрабатывать детальные планы проектов, отслеживать выполнение работ в соответствии с графиками проектов; Обеспечить реализацию проектов в срок, в соответствии с утвержденным бюджетом: Планирование и контроль бюджетов проекта; Планирование и контроль сроков реализации проекта; Управлять изменениями в рамках проектов (объем работ, сроки, бюджет), используя соответствующие методики; Обеспечивать взаимодействие со всеми лицами, вовлеченными в реализацию проектов: Проектная команда; Поставщики, подрядные организации; Сотрудники компании Octapharma; Обеспечивать эффективную коммуникацию в рамках проекта; Создавать и вести проектную документацию и отчеты по проектам, в соответствии с корпоративными стандартами и методологией ведения проектов, принятой в Компании: управление документооборотом в рамках проекта; подготовка отчетов о ходе реализации проекта; проверка документов, отчетов, платежных документов, разработанных и предоставленных подрядчиками в рамках реализации проектов; Проверять и согласовывать контракты с подрядными организациями и контролировать их исполнение; Вести официальную коммуникацию с подрядчиками в рамках проекта. Посещать строительные площадки с целью контроля реализации строительных проектов (до финальной передачи объектов внутренним заказчикам); Управлять рисками в рамках проектов.

Высшее образование; Предпочтительный опыт работы - фарм. отрасль или пищевая промышленность Владение английским языком Upper Intermediate-Advance (на уровне ведения переговоров с иностранными коллегами) Уверенный пользователь Microsoft Office, включая MS Project; Умение работать самостоятельно и в команде; Отличные коммуникативные навыки, активность, аналитическое мышление; ответственность, честность, гибкость, открытость, умение работать с большим объемом информации; Отличные организаторские способности, включая умение работать в режиме многозадачности, внимание к деталям. Compliance: - Иметь понимание принципов надлежащей производственной практики (GMP); - Иметь понимание общих требований к производственному объекту; - Иметь базовые знания о процессе проектирования; - Соблюдать процедуры/инструкции EHS. Знания в области управления проектами: - Иметь понимание основных этапов проекта - Иметь способность целостно понимать объем проекта (включая инженерные сети, оборудование, системы управления); - Понимать структуру распределения затрат и инструменты оценки затрат; - Понимать планирование критического пути. Планирование: - Иметь базовое понимание сроков (проектирование, feasibility duration); - Иметь понимание планирования критического пути; - Иметь способность эффективно использовать график как инструмента для продвижения проекта.
