В Направлении Безналичные решения открыта вакансия на должность Менеджера платежных сервисов Обязанности осуществляет продажу дополнительных продуктов в целях выполнения плановых показателей сопровождает клиентскую базу юридический лиц по направлению Платежные сервисы проводит мониторинг наличия инцидентов, участвует в разработке мер по их сокращению проводит анализ рентабельности договоров о приеме платежей, выстраивает отношения с клиентами в целях повышения рентабельности, увеличения объемов платежей и комиссионного дохода обеспечивает проведение мероприятий рекламных кампаний и информационных акций) направленных на продвижение платежных сервисов взаимодействует со смежными подразделениями и ДЗО Банка (АО Расчетные Решения) по реализации клиентам продуктов экосистемы Банка (БРИС ЖКХ, Гибридный продукт и др.). обеспечивает выполнение стандартов сопровождения действующих поставщиков услуг проводит переговоры с 1ыми лицами компаний, заключает договоры на прием платежей участвует в пилотировании новых инновационных продуктов и услуг, оптимизации процессов выполняет контроль соответствия стандартам ПОД\ФТ на своем участке Требования высшее образование опыт работы по направлению платежные сервисы от 1 года навыки ведения переговоров и эффективных продаж опытный пользователь АС ЕПС, ИРПС, АС СББОЛ готов использовать ИИ в ежедневной работе (обучение за счёт компании — есть свои курсы) Условия квартальная, годовая премия и ежегодный пересмотр зарплаты возможность влиять на свой доход и зарабатывать больше уникальная система онлайн-обучения Сбера для карьерного развития и роста расширенный ДМС и льготное страхование для семьи подписка Прайм с возможностью совместного использования на трёх близких вознаграждение за рекомендацию друзей в команду Сбера график работы 5/2 гибкий дисконт по ипотечному кредиту, равный 1/3 ключевой ставки ЦБ Присоединяйся к команде Сбера!
