The posting

Проводит текущую и генеральную влажную уборку отделения, в том числе с применением дезинфицирующих и моющих средств. Помогает старшей медицинской сестре при получении медикаментов, инструментов, оборудования и доставке их в отделение. Получает у кастелянши и обеспечивает правильное хранение и использование белья, хозяйственного инвентаря, посуды и моющих средств. Проводит текущую, заключительную и экстренную дезинфекцию. По указанию палатной медицинской сестры сопровождает больных в лечебно-диагностические кабинеты. Осуществляет доставку биологического материала в лабораторию. с учетом требований инфекционной безопасности, санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима. Проводит предстерилизационную очистку медицинских изделий. Исполняет поручения старшей медсестры, зав. отделением. Сообщает кастелянше о неисправностях в системе отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и в электроприборах. Осуществляет подготовку помещения и ванн. Систематически (после каждого больного) осуществляет санитарно-гигиеническую обработку ванны и мочалок. Осуществляет контроль по содержанию и по обработке прикроватных тумбочек. Оказывает помощь дежурной медсестре при транспортировке тела умершего человека до места временного хранения. Оказывает помощь больным при приеме гигиенической ванны, при раздевании и одевании, получает у кастелянши нательное и постельное белье и производит его смену. Производит транспортировку медицинских отходов в места временного хранения с учетом требований инфекционной безопасности, санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима. При отсутствии буфетчицы получает готовую пищу на пищеблоке, проверяет ее по весу и счету. Расписывается в раздаточной ведомости. Производит подогрев пищи. Осуществляет раздачу больным пищи в горячем виде согласно меню и назначенной диете. Производит мытье посуды, уборку буфетной и столовой, соблюдая санитарные требования. Систематически производит уборку холодильников, предназначенных для хранения продуктов больных. Обеспечивает санитарно-гигиеническое содержание буфетной и столовой. Своевременно информирует руководство отделения о необходимости ремонта оборудования и инвентаря буфетной. Соблюдает врачебную тайну. Соблюдает принципы медицинской этики и деонтологии в работе с пациентами (законными представителями пациентов), коллегами. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, санитарно-противоэпидемического режима, правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности. Исполняет локальные нормативно-правовые акты по учреждению, приказы, распоряжения главного врача в части себя касающейся.

На должность санитарки назначается лицо, имеющее среднее (полное) общее образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы, при наличии сертификата Младший медицинский персонал .
