- управление командой департамента по коммуникациям и цифровым платформам, а также внештатными сотрудниками, в обязанности которых входят задачи данного департамента; - верстка контента на сайте Работодателя, самостоятельные поиск, подбор и обработка фото- и видеоматериалов; - менеджмент публикаций (ведение графика, долгосрочное планирование контента (текстов, фотографий, видеороликов); - вычитка и редактура материалов на немецком языке; - участие в подготовке и распространении утренней рассылки Работодателя Утренний брифинг; - редакция двуязычного информационного журнала Импульс Работодателя: редакционное планирование (определение сроков сдачи в печать, выхода издания согласно графику редакционных и производственных процессов издания), поиск информации, отбор, создание, подготовка и переработка текстового и фотоматериала; - графическая обработка и переработка информационного журнала Импульс от макета до сдачи в печать и выпуска тиража; - координация разработки корпоративного дизайна и корпоративных публикаций Работодателя (согласование всех необходимых вопросов, таких как макет публикаций, выставочных стендов, рекламной печатной продукции и т.д., с дизайнерами-графиками и типографией); - сдача материала в перевод, согласование сроков сдачи переводов, редактирование переводов; - содействие улучшению качества полиграфического исполнения, в случае несоответствия качества исполнения требованиям Работодателя, возвращение печатной продукции в типографию на дополнительную правку; - установление и поддержание контактов в связи с публикациями Работодателя с дизайнерами, журналистами, работниками типографий, переводчиками; ведение переписки и подготовка материалов для заключения договоров с ними; - анализ публикаций в прессе о деятельности Работодателя и/или фирм-членов Работодателя, написание брошюр по определенной тематике и других информационных носителей; - выполнение иных поручений Работодателя, связанных с его деятельностью.
