The posting

1. Составляет в ЕИС годовой отчет об объеме закупок у субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций и направляет на подпись Директору учреждения. 2. Ежеквартально составляет и направляет в Уполномоченный орган информацию об осуществлении закупок у субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций. 3. Обеспечивает законность, своевременность и правильность в размещении сведении об исполнении договоров (контрактов) на официальном сайте ГИС и ЕИС. 4. Направляет в муниципальное казенное учреждение Центр бухгалтерского и комплексного обслуживания муниципальных учреждений города Пыть-Яха (далее- МКУ ЦБиКОМУ ) документы в соответствии требованиями, установленными в договоре (контракте), а также согласно требованиям учетной политики бюджетного учреждения, для осуществления своевременного расчета. 5. Рассматривает поступающие претензии и обеспечивает подготовку мотивированных ответов, а также осуществляет подготовку документов для направления претензий контрагентам в случае невыполнения ими договорных обязательств. 6. Формирует и ведет реестр об исполнении (расторжении) заключенных договоров (контрактов). 7. Проводит анализ по исполнению заключенных договоров (контрактов). 8. Систематически и своевременно докладывает начальнику отдела о состоянии дел и исполняемым поручениям. 9. Выполняет поручения начальника отдела в пределах своей компетенции. 10. Ведет переговоры с представителями контрагентов по возникшим вопросам в исполнения договоров (контрактов) и доводит их результаты до начальника отдела. 11. Ведет переговоры с представителем МКУ ЦБиКОМУ в рамках соответствия своевременной и точной оплаты с предоставленными документами по исполнению заключенных договоров (контрактов) и доводит их результаты до начальника отдела.

На должность специалиста назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное (экономическое, юридическое) образование без предъявления требований к стажу работы, либо среднее профессиональное (экономическое, юридическое) образование и стаж работы не менее 3 лет.
