- Обеспечение исправного состояния коммуникаций производственной базы,безаварийной и надежной работы обслуживаемых тепловых, водопроводных сетей, систем центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и водостоков. - Выявление предупреждение и устранение причин преждевременного износа систем и сетей.

- Средне специальное образование - Стаж работы от 3 лет - Виды и назначение санитарно-технических материалов и оборудования - Назначение и правила применения ручных и механизированных инструментов - Принцип действия, назначения и особенности ремонта санитарно- технических трубопроводных систем центрального отопления,водоснабжения,канализации и водостоков. - Способы сверления и пробивки отверстий. - Устройство и способы ремонта трубопроводных санитарно-технических систем из стальных и полимерных труб. - Правила установки санитарных и нагревательных приборов. Условия: - Пятидневная рабочая неделя с двумя выходными: суббота, воскресенье - Оформление на штатную должность согласно ТК РФ - Работник обеспечивается всем необходимым для работы: рабочим местом, материалами, инвентарем, оборудованием и др. - Действуют все предусмотренные законом социальные гарантии, оплачиваются отпуска (в том числе декретные), больничный, сверхурочная работа. - Оплата труда производится 2 раз в месяц. - Возможна единовременное поощрение по результатам работы учреждения. - В учреждении действует Профсоюзная организация. - Выдаче материальной помощи по определенным поводам. (предоставляется работникам по семейным обстоятельствам, на медикаменты, погребение и т.д.) - Организация подарков работникам и детям к определенным праздникам( Новый год и День рождения). - Возмещаются расходы по оплате медицинских услуг, оказываемых работникам при приеме на работу.
