разрабатывать и развивать корпоративного агента на базе OpenSource: проектировать harness-инструменты, интегрировать его с ИТ-системами (MCP / REST / gRPC), настраивать оркестрацию моделей и разрабатывать UI (desktop, web); исследовать новые технологии агентной разработки: подбирать инструменты под задачи, проводить эксперименты и сравнивать их эффективность на собственных данных; перестраивать процессы ключевых ролей (аналитик, разработчик, дизайнер, тестировщик, архитектор, DevOps, РП) под агентный подход: формировать целевой набор инструментов, процедуры работы, встраивать их в общий ландшафт и готовить методические материалы; анализировать архитектуру решения на узкие места: задержки LLM, стоимость и надёжность; поддерживать архитектурную документацию (C4, UML, Archimate).​​​​

имеете высшее профильное образование (программирование, программная инженерия, прикладная математика, информатика, ИИ); имеете коммерческий опыт разработки на Java 11+ / 21+ не менее 3 лет (уровень не ниже middle+, готовность работать на Java 25); понимаете принципы построения ИИ-инфраструктуры для инференса LLM, умеете разворачивать и оптимизировать инференс; знаете MCP (Model Context Protocol) и имеете опыт реализации MCP-серверов/клиентов; умеете проектировать их для доступа агентов к IDE (IntelliJ), Confluence, Git, CI/CD и базам знаний; имеете практический опыт RAG: сборка embeddings, векторный поиск, интеграция с LLM; работали с реляционными, временными и векторными БД (Postgres, ClickHouse, Influx, TimeScaleDB, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector, Weaviate) и понимаете их различия; проектировали информационные системы (микросервисная и событийно-ориентированная архитектуры), включая отказоустойчивые, высоконагруженные и наблюдаемые системы; владеете API-дизайном (REST, gRPC, AsyncAPI, OpenAPI) и нотациями (C4, UML/PlantUML, Mermaid); знакомы с наблюдаемостью (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana) и OpenTelemetry (трассировка LLM и MCP); понимаете принципы современных кодинговых агентов: агентный цикл, интеграция LLM, MCP, RAG-pipeline; разбираетесь в метриках качества ИС: токены/запрос, cost per request, precision/recall retrieval, latency p99/p95/p50; имеете опыт с Agent Frameworks на Java (LangChain4j, Spring AI, LangGraph) и SDK (OpenAI Agents / Google Agents); имеете навыки DevOps (Terraform, Helm); имеете опыт интеграций с SAP (S/4HANA); имеете опыт работы с LLM-runners (vLLM).
