o 1. Осуществляет уборку от мусора и опавшей листвы участков, площадей и тротуаров, прилегающих к зданию музея. o 2. Производит своевременную очистку люков водопроводных и канализационных колодцев для свободного доступа к ним в любое время. o 3. Роет и прочищает канавки и лотки для стока воды. o 4. Следит за своевременной очисткой мусорных контейнеров и уличных урн. При наполнении контейнеров заблаговременно сообщает своему непосредственному руководителю о необходимости вывоза мусора специализированной организацией. o 5. Осуществляет надзор за исправностью и сохранностью всего наружного домового оборудования и имущества (заборов, калиток, ворот, лестниц, карнизов, водосточных труб, мусорных контейнеров, уличных цветочных вазонов). o 6. Следит за сохранностью зеленых насаждений и их ограждений. o 7. В зимнее время производит своевременную очистку от снега и льда тротуаров и дорожек, посыпку их песком, удаляет образовавшиеся наледи и сосульки на кровле здания. o 8. Следит за сохранностью хозяйственного инвентаря (лопаты, грабли, метлы, ледорубы, мотыги, тележки и др.) и осуществляет его ремонт, обеспечивает порядок и осуществляет периодическую уборку в местах складирования инвентаря. o 9. Вывешивает и снимает флаги на фасаде здания музея.
