На основании материалов по планируемым закупкам, предоставленных специалистами подразделений, заинтересованных в закупке, своевременно формирует план закупок и изменения для внесения в план закупок, размещает в единой информационной системе план закупок и внесенные в него изменения; На основании материалов по планируемым закупкам, предоставленным специалистами подразделений, заинтересованных в закупке, своевременно формирует план-график и изменения для внесения в план-график, размещает в единой информационной системе план-график и внесенные в него изменения; На основании обязательного пакета документов, предоставленного специалистом подразделения, заинтересованного в закупке, в соответствии с утвержденным планом закупок, планом - графиком закупок готовит документацию по закупке; Уточняет начальную максимальную цену контракта, цену контракта, заключаемого с единственным поставщиком, проверяет правильность и актуальность ее обоснования; Организует подготовку описания объекта закупки в извещениях и документации о закупках, привлекая по согласованию с руководителем контрактной службы сотрудников, имеющих необходимые знания; Разрабатывает проекты контрактов заказчика; Осуществляет размещение в единой информационной системе извещений об осуществлении закупок, документаций о закупках и проектов контрактов, внесение изменений в документацию о закупках; протокол, составленных по результатам закупок, в порядке и сроки, установленные законодательством; Обеспечивает осуществление закупки у субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций, устанавливает требование о привлечении к исполнению договора субподрядчиков, соисполнителей из числа субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций;
