The posting

Управление котлами. Растопка, пуск и остановка оборудования, а также подпитка котлов водой. Регулирование процесса горения топлива. Контроль параметров. По контрольно-измерительным приборам оператор следит за уровнем воды в котле, давлением пара и температурой воды, которая идёт в отопительную систему. Периодичность может быть такой: давление каждые 2 часа, температура каждый час, уровень воды каждые 30 минут. Ведение документации. Заполнение сменного журнала: фиксация всех отметок, замечаний, показаний приборов, записей о розжиге и остановке котлов. Также может вестись учёт отпускаемой теплоты и расхода топлива. Приём и сдача смены. Заступающий оператор перед началом работы должен прибыть на место за 15 минут. Он знакомится с записями за прошедшую смену, проводит обход, проверяет исправность оборудования (в том числе вентиляции, аварийного освещения, КИПиА, взрывных клапанов), принимает оперативную документацию. О выявленных недостатках нужно сделать запись в журнале и поставить подписи обеих смен. Обеспечение бесперебойной работы. Принятие всех мер, чтобы производство получало пар в нужном объёме и с заданными параметрами.

При поступлении на работу и периодически в дальнейшем нужно проходить обязательные предварительные и периодические медосмотры. Умения: Производить осмотр и проверку исправности оборудования. Применять методы безопасного производства работ при осмотре и пуске котла. Использовать в работе нормативную и техническую документацию. Выявлять неисправности, которые мешают нормальной работе или создают угрозу аварии. Пользоваться первичными средствами пожаротушения. Пользоваться средствами связи.
