Скаутинг стартапов на российском и международном рынках под запросы корпоративных партнеров. Вы будете определять потребности заказчика, искать релевантные решения, выбирать эффективные каналы поиска и структурировать полученные кейсы. Работа с партнерской сетью: фондами, акселераторами, профильными ассоциациями, стартап-сообществом. Поддержание связей и расширение воронки проектов. Аналитика рынков и технологических трендов. Мониторинг необходим для запуска новых акселерационных программ и подготовки аналитических материалов под запросы партнеров. Сопровождение пилотных проектов на всех этапах: от первичного контакта со стартапом до интеграции решения у корпоративного заказчика. Участие в разработке и структурировании акселерационных программ (содержательная часть, отбор участников, экспертиза). Экспертная поддержка программ развития стартапов (выступаете как аналитик по своей тематике). Договорная работа в рамках вашей зоны ответственности.

Высшее образование (экономическое или техническое со знанием экономики), желательно — топ-вузы. Опыт от 3-х лет в инновациях, акселерации, венчурном инвестировании или корпоративных инновационных проектах. Наличие реализованных кейсов — обязательно. Умение работать с большими объемами информации, быстро находить нужное и грамотно структурировать данные. Навыки работы в многозадачном режиме и в условиях дедлайнов — это повседневная реальность. Английский язык: уровень Intermediate и выше (необходим для работы с зарубежными источниками, стартапами и партнерами). Широкий технологический кругозор, интерес к новым отраслям и готовность быстро погружаться в новую тематику. Открытость к разносторонним задачам — в нашей работе много нестандартных ситуаций, и мы ценим тех, кто не боится включаться в новое.

GenerationS — крупнейший в России акселератор технологических стартапов. Мы системно работаем с корпорациями, фондами и технологическими сообществами, помогая внедрять инновации в реальный сектор экономики. В связи с развитием новых программ мы ищем коллегу, который усилит нашу команду по скаутингу, аналитике и сопровождению пилотных проектов. Кого мы ищем: Нам нужен специалист, который уже имеет практический опыт в инновационной среде — в акселераторах, венчурных фондах, корпоративных R -центрах или технологическом консалтинге. Вы знаете, как устроена экосистема, понимаете логику работы со стартапами и умеете доводить проекты до пилотов. Это ключевое требование: на собеседовании будем говорить о ваших конкретных проектах и результатах. Условия: Уровень дохода определяется по итогам собеседования, обсуждаем индивидуально. Помимо оклада предусмотрен годовой бонус по результатам работы. Полная занятость в центре Москвы. Рабочий ритм живой, возможны переработки в пиковые периоды запуска программ — мы к этому относимся с пониманием и компенсируем результатами.
