Центр живых систем МФТИ - это научно-трансляционный центр в области биотехнологий и биоинформатики. Деятельность Центра фокусируется на разработке высокотехнологичных биологических лекарственных препаратов и методах диагностики генетически-обусловленных заболеваний в интересах компаний-партнеров и дальнейшей трансляции разработок на рынок. Мы ищем активного, структурированного администратора проектов. Обязанности Обеспечение внутреннего и внешнего документооборота в рамках работы подразделения. Коммуникация с другими лабораториями и службами внутри института. Административная поддержка проектов лаборатории, координация соблюдения дедлайнов, обновление статусов по текущим процессам. Коммуникация с контрагентами, согласование документов, проверка корректности первичных документов. Координация подписания договоров, дополнительных соглашений и иных документов. Работа с первичной бухгалтерской документацией, первичная договорная работа. Контроль сроков исполнения по договорам, организация претензионной работы. Требования: Законченное высшее образование. Опыт работы с внутренним документооборотом (служебные записки, процессы внутреннего согласования), договорами, первичной бухгалтерской документацией. Опыт работы в электронных системах (системы документооборота, лабораторный и/или медицинские информационные системы). Минимальный опыт работы от 2-х лет на релевантной или аналогичной позиции. Готовность к работе на различных площадках в пределах Москвы и РФ (основные площадки - в Долгопрудном, Москве и Сколково). Приветствуется опыт административной работы в сфере биотехнологий. Условия: Работа в ведущем техническом ВУЗе страны, в городе Долгопрудный (рядом со станцией Новодачная МЦД-1, или 15 минут от метро Алтуфьево, Ховрино, Физтех). Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ, официальная заработная плата. Возможности профессионального развития. График работы: 5/2 (пн.–пт.), с 9:00 до 18:00. Комфортный и современный офис для работы в МФТИ и Сколково, возможны внешние встречи и командировки. Уровень заработной платы обсуждается индивидуально с учётом квалификации, опыта и результатов собеседования. Бесплатный доступ ко всей инфраструктуре МФТИ: бассейн, спортивный зал, обучение на открытых семинарах и лекциях, концерты. В соответствии с ТК РФ, работники сферы образования обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования, срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о ее получении.
