Учёт личного состава предприятия и его подразделений в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учётной документации. Оформление приёма, перевода и увольнения работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, положениями и приказами руководителя организации, а также другой установленной документации по кадрам. Формирование и ведение личных дел работников, внесение в них изменений, связанных с трудовой деятельностью. Подготовка материалов для квалификационных, аттестационных, конкурсных комиссий, а также для представления работников к поощрениям и награждениям. Заполнение, учёт и хранение трудовых книжек, подсчёт трудового стажа, выдача справок о настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности работников. Внесение информации о количественном и качественном составе работников и их движении в банк данных о персонале организации, контроль за своевременным обновлением и пополнением этого банка. Учёт предоставления отпусков работникам, контроль за составлением и соблюдением графиков очередных отпусков. Оформление карточек пенсионного страхования, других документов, необходимых для назначения пенсий работникам и их семьям, установления льгот и компенсаций.

Нормативно-правовые знания . Глубокое понимание трудового законодательства, умение отслеживать изменения и оперативно адаптироваться к ним. Документационная грамотность . Владение правилами оформления, хранения и учёта кадровых документов. Цифровая компетентность . Уверенное пользование специализированными HR-системами, электронным документооборотом и базами данных. Аналитическое мышление . Способность систематизировать информацию, выявлять закономерности и риски. Коммуникативные умения .
