Организация и ведение работы по исполнению требований Федерального закона от 07.08.2001 № 115-ФЗ; Организация работы по выявлению внутренних и внешних угроз Общества; Ежедневный мониторинг и анализ входящих и исходящих платежей на предмет соответствия критериям подозрительных операций; Взаимодействие с регуляторами (Росфинмониторинг, Банк России); Ведение и регулярная актуализация личного кабинета на портале Росфинмониторинга; Проведение внутренних инструктажей для сотрудников компании, фиксация результатов обучения; Подготовка и направление ответов на запросы Росфинмониторинга и кредитных организаций (банков) в рамках 115-ФЗ; Обеспечение соответствия требованиям 152-ФЗ всех бизнес-процессов Общества; Проведение полного цикла аттестации объектов информатизации; (автоматизированных систем, защищенных помещений); Разработка и актуализация организационно-распорядительной документации (модели угроз, акты классификации, инструкции, приказы); Внедрение и техническая поддержка СЗИ: настройка политик безопасности, управление учетными записями, контроль целостности; Настройка и администрирование средств криптографической защиты каналов; Проведение служебных расследований; Взаимодействие с бухгалтерией и юридическим отделом по вопросам блокировки счетов, приостановления операций и предоставления документов; Ведение реестров и архива документов по ПОД/ФТ.

Уверенный пользователь пакета MS Office, оргтехники; Высшее образование (юридическое, экономическое или в сфере государственного управления); Опыт работы в сфере ПОД/ФТ от 1 года (в банке, некредитной финансовой организации, у платежного агента, в крупном импорте/экспорте или аутсорсинговой компании будет преимуществом); Глубокое знание 115-ФЗ, нормативных актов Банка России (например, 375-П, 445-П) и требований Росфинмониторинга; Практический опыт работы в Личном кабинете участника информационного обмена на портале Росфинмониторинга; Умение работать в специализированных программах (например, СБИС, Гарант/Консультант+); Отсутствие факта расторжения трудового договора по инициативе работодателя в соответствии с п. 7 ст. 81 ТК РФ (совершение виновных действий работником, непосредственно обслуживающим денежные или товарные ценности) в течение последних двух лет; Высокий уровень внимательности к деталям, аналитический склад ума и стрессоустойчивость.
