вести документацию дежурного оперативного/помощника дежурного оперативного; постоянно осуществлять мониторинг оперативной обстановки на территории муниципального образования с использованием имеющихся на вооружении информационных систем и ресурсов; осуществлять прием и передачу сигналов оповещения и экстренной информации; осуществлять прием, регистрацию и документирование всех входящих и исходящих сообщений и вызовов; проводить анализ и оценку достоверности поступившей информации, доводить ее до дежурно-диспетчерских служб (далее ДДС), в компетенцию которых входит реагирование на принятое сообщение; осуществлять сбор от ДДС, действующих на территории муниципального образования, сети наблюдения и лабораторного контроля гражданской обороны и защиты населения информации об угрозе или факте возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций (происшествий), сложившейся обстановке и действиях сил и средств по ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций (происшествий) и доводить ее до реагирующих служб; обрабатывать и анализировать данные о чрезвычайных ситуациях (происшествиях), определять их масштаб и уточнять состав сил и средств, привлекаемых для реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации (происшествия), оповещать их о переводе в соответствующие режимы функционирования; при получении прогноза возможных чрезвычайных ситуаций, экстренных предупреждений, расчетов последствий (моделей) возможной ситуации и информационных материалов доводить их до органов управления РСЧС и взаимодействующих организаций, расположенных на территории муниципального образования; оповещать и информировать руководящий состав муниципального звена РСЧС и население об угрозе возникновения или возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций (происшествий) по всем имеющимся средствам;

Образование: среднее профессиональное; работа на компьютере на уровне уверенного пользователя; умение пользоваться техническими средства оперативного зала ЕДДС; знание нормативно-правовых документов в области ГО, ЧС
