основное направление деятельности: заключение государственных контрактов с единственным поставщиком на поставку коммунальных ресурсов, размещение заключенных государственных контрактов в реестре контрактов; организация и сопровождение закупочных процедур в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44‑ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд; размещение извещений в Единой информационной системе в сфере закупок; участие в работе комиссии по закупкам, подготовка протоколов заседания комиссии; формирование и корректировка плана‑графика закупок отдела; подготовка документации для проведения торгов (конкурсов, аукционов, запросов предложений и котировок); заключение, изменение и расторжение государственных контрактов, контроль их исполнения; ведение реестра контрактов и учёт договорной документации; взаимодействие с поставщиками и подрядчиками, урегулирование спорных вопросов; участие в приёмке товаров, работ и услуг, оформление актов приёма‑передачи; подготовка отчётных и аналитических материалов по направлениям деятельности отдела; работа с платёжными и бухгалтерскими документами, контроль сроков оплаты по контрактам; соблюдение требований по хранению и архивированию документов в рамках делопроизводства.

знание Федерального закона № 44‑ФЗ и сопутствующих нормативных актов; опыт работы в сфере закупок и материально‑технического обеспечения от 1 года (желательно в государственных органах или бюджетных учреждениях); уверенное владение ПК (MS Office, электронные торговые площадки, ЕИС закупок); внимательность, ответственность, умение работать с большим объёмом информации; навыки деловой переписки и ведения переговоров; готовность к выполнению поручений в установленные сроки.
