Организация работы отдела; Принятия участия в популяризации знаний в области информационных технологий; Разработка и поддержка интернет-сервисов АТАСУ; Контроль своевременной оплаты доменного имени официального интернет-сайта АТАСУ и работы интернет-сервисов; Определение первоначальных требований к информационным ресурсам и возможности их реализации; Управление процессами и проектами по созданию (модификации) информационных ресурсов; Техническая обработка и размещение информационных ресурсов на сайте; Управление ресурсами и сервисами ИТ; Обеспечение информационной безопасности информационных ресурсов АТАСУ; Техническая поддержка процессов создания и сопровождения информационных ресурсов; Администрирование и периодическое обновление системы электронного обучения (e-Learning) Moodle; Разработка инструкций пользователей программных продуктов; Разработка алгоритмов исполнения бизнес-процессов и структуры баз данных; Координация работы отдела с работой кафедр, факультетов и других отделов университета по вопросам использования e-Learning в учебном процессе; Регистрация ППС и студентов в системе электронного обучения; Консультирование и методическая помощь сотрудникам, ППС и студентам по вопросам работы с информационными ресурсами АТАСУ; Организация работы по разработке и актуализации электронных курсов по дисциплинам учебных планов образовательных программ, реализуемых в университете; Проведение систематического мониторинга и проверка результатов эффективности использования электронного обучения; Принятия участия в реинжиниринге программного обеспечения; Оказание технической поддержки образовательного процесса с использованием технологий электронного обучения слушателям курсов повышения квалификации.

Знание Закона об образовании в РФ, требований к электронной информационно-образовательной среде, коммуникабельность, ответственность.
