Руководит работниками централизованной бухгалтерии. Обеспечивает контроль за надлежащим выполнением работниками централизованной бухгалтерии их должностных обязанностей, распределяет задания, получаемые от заместителя директор и директора Дирекции между работниками централизованной бухгалтерии. Обеспечивает исполнение учетной политики Дирекции, департамента образования Администрации города Салехарда и его подведомственных учреждений. Обеспечивает рациональную организацию бухгалтерского учета. Обеспечивает предоставление информации внутренним и внешним пользователям. Обеспечивает своевременное и точное отражение на счетах бухучета хозяйственных операций, движения активов, формирования доходов и расходов, выполнения обязательств. Формирует свод по бухгалтерской отчетности, осуществляет контроль за составлением и представлением в установленном порядке и в предусмотренные сроки бухгалтерской (бюджетной), финансовой, налоговой и статистической отчетности. Обеспечивает контроль за соблюдением порядка оформления первичных учетных документов. Обеспечивает контроль за ежемесячным подшивкой хронологическом порядке документов, полученных в ходе исполнения должностных обязанностей, контролирует их сохранность и недоступность для посторонних лиц, а так же оформление их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив. Обеспечивает соблюдение финансовой и кассовой дисциплины. Участвует в подготовке информации в ответ на запросы органов исполнительной власти Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, органов местного самоуправления, правоохранительных органов и другие запросы, касающиеся деятельности централизованной бухгалтерии. Принимает участие в разработке локальных нормативных актов касающихся работы централизованной бухгалтерии. Обеспечивает организацию работы по исполнению контрактов, договоров соглашений, заключенных с департаментом образования Администрации города Салехарда и муниципальных учреждений, в отношении которых департамент образования Администрации города Салехарда осуществляет регулирование и координацию деятельности в области финансового сопровождения по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции централизованной бухгалтерии. Формирует в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учете, федеральным стандартам, учетную политику исходя из специфики условий хозяйствования, структуры, размеров, отраслевой принадлежности и других особенностей деятельности организации, позволяющую своевременно получать информацию для планирования, анализа, контроля, оценки финансового положения и результатов деятельности организации. Обеспечивает организацию работы по подготовке и утверждению рабочего плана счетов бухгалтерского учета, содержащего синтетические и аналитические счета, форм первичных учетных документов, применяемых для оформления хозяйственных операций, форм внутренней бухгалтерской отчетности и др.

Умение работать с компьютерными программами Ред ОС, "СЭДД ТЕЗИС", Консультант плюс, ГИС Смета Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, в программных комплексах Web-Консолидация, Web-Исполнение, программами электронно-коммуникационных связей КОНТУР-ЭКСТЕРН и КОНТУР-ЛАЙТ .
