осуществляет муниципальный земельный контроль за использованием земель сельскохозяйственного назначения на территории Троицкого муниципального округа. - ведет реестр земельных участков сельхозтоваропроизводителей; - составляет, согласовывает план проверок и размещает на сайте администрации Троицкого муниципального округа Челябинской области, с соблюдением сроков, установленных законодательством; - проводит плановые проверки, подготавливает соответствующие акты; - проводит внеплановые проверки по жалобам граждан, юридических лиц, глав территориальных отделов; - проводит, совместно с надзорными органами, работу по контролю использования сельскохозяйственных земель; - разрабатывает предложения по привлечению к ответственности лиц, нарушивших земельное законодательство и условия договора аренды земельного участка; - организует и ведет в установленном порядке переписку с органами власти, структурными подразделениями органа местного самоуправления, юридическими (физическими) лицами по вопросам муниципального земельного контроля; - разрабатывает предложения о мерах по повышению эффективности муниципального земельного контроля; - принимает участие в инвентаризации земель сельскохозяйственного назначения администрации Троицкого муниципального округа; - ведет работу по систематизированному учету и хранению действующих законодательных нормативных актов, производит отметки об их отмене, изменениях и дополнениях, готовит ежемесячно мониторинг изменений в областном и федеральном законодательстве по направлению деятельности; - выполняет работы в федеральных государственных информационных системах (ФГИС) Министерства сельского хозяйства Российской Федерации в пределах предоставленных функций (полномочий);
