Восстановление психического здоровья и коррекция отклонений в развитии личности. Проведение мероприятий, направленных на восстановление психического здоровья и коррекцию отклонений в развитии личности пациентов. Выявление условий, затрудняющих гармоничное развитие личности. Анализ факторов, которые мешают нормальному развитию пациента. Психодиагностика и длительное наблюдение. Проведение психодиагностических исследований, оценка когнитивных функций, эмоционально-волевой сферы, личностных особенностей. Особое внимание уделяется лицам с факторами риска психических расстройств. Психопрофилактика и психокоррекция. Разработка и реализация программ, направленных на предупреждение психологических нарушений. Проведение индивидуальных и групповых коррекционных занятий, применение методов психологического воздействия. Психологическое консультирование. Помощь пациентам и их родственникам в решении личностных, профессиональных и бытовых психологических проблем. Профориентация. Совместно с врачом помощь в выборе профессии с учётом способностей, ценностных установок и ситуационных возможностей пациента. Участие в реабилитации. Работа в составе мультидисциплинарной команды (совместно с врачами, реабилитологами, логопедами и другими специалистами) по восстановлению пациентов после заболеваний, травм, при зависимостях, ПТСР и других состояниях. Экстренная психологическая помощь. Работа в кризисных ситуациях, при посттравматических стрессовых расстройствах, утрате. Работа с персоналом: Обучение медицинского персонала. Проведение занятий по медицинской и социальной психологии, основам деонтологии. Психологическая поддержка сотрудников. Профилактика профессионального выгорания, помощь в сложных рабочих ситуациях, проведение тренингов коммуникативных навыков. Организационные и вспомогательные задачи: Совместная разработка программ. Совместно с лечащим врачом создание развивающих и психокоррекционных программ с учётом индивидуальных, половых и возрастных особенностей пациентов. Оценка эффективности мероприятий. Анализ результативности психологических, лечебных и профилактических мероприятий. Санитарно-просветительная работа. Проведение бесед с пациентами и их родственниками по укреплению здоровья, профилактике заболеваний, пропаганде здорового образа жизни. Ведение документации. Оформление протоколов обследований, составление психологических заключений, ведение журналов учёта работы, подготовка отчётной документации. Повышение квалификации. Систематическое обновление знаний и навыков. соблюдать принципы медицинской этики и деонтологии, включая конфиденциальность и добровольность получения помощи;
