Организация договорной деятельности центра. Разработка и корректировка Плана-графика закупок ОП ИВЦ, составление отчета по исполненным договорам. Организация работы по закупкам товаров, работ, услуг для нужд центра в сфере деятельности своего отдела, являясь инициатором такой закупки. Осуществлять проверку качества поставленного товара, выполненной работы или оказанной услуги, путем организации работы приемочной комиссии с оформлением документа о проведении входного контроля. Организация проведения экспертизы для проверки предоставленных поставщиком (подрядчиком, исполнителем) товаров, работ или услуг. Разработка и сопровождение паспортизации информационных систем, технических комплексов и технических устройств. Изучать разработанные службой технической политики предприятия новые регламенты, правила и стандарты работы с нормативной и технической документацией. Разрабатывать формы и правила для архивации технических документов центра. Организация работ по инновационной, изобретательской и рационализаторской деятельности в подразделении. Организация ведения нормативно-справочной информации, относящейся к функциям центра. Организация и контроль проведения технической учебы специалистов. Обеспечение оснащения кабинетов технической учебы необходимым оборудованием, инвентарем, наглядными пособиями. Выполнение паспортизации и аттестации кабинетов технической учебы. Утверждение плана обучения сотрудников центра гражданской обороне. Подготовка соответствующих распоряжений и приказов на обучение. Организация работы и подготовка пакета документов для списания материальных средств центра, совместно с профильными отделами предприятия, создание и ведение перечня списанного имущества в электронном виде.
