The posting

- систематизация, учет и анализ наличия первичной документации (информации) об обследуемых многоквартирных домах; - подготовка необходимых документов для проведения работ по техническому освидетельствованию многоквартирных домов; - организация, проведение работ по визуальному обследованию домов и подготовка заключения по техническому освидетельствованию многоквартирных домов; - выезды на объекты; - подготовка ответов, предоставление информации на поступающие обращения, запросы; - работа с 1С.

- высшее образование в области строительства и технической эксплуатации зданий ( Архитектура и/или Промышленное и гражданское строительство и/или Механизация и автоматизация строительства и т.д.), опыт практической работы не менее одного года в области оценки технического состояния многоквартирных домов; - среднее профессиональное образование (в области строительства и эксплуатации зданий, технической эксплуатации), стаж работы не менее двух лет в области строительства, проектирования, ЖКХ; - преимуществом является наличие удостоверения регистрации в национальном реестре специалистов НОПРИЗ; - навык организации и проведения работ по оценке технического состояния и физического износа многоквартирных домов, понимание организации и технологии строительного производства; - знание и умение пользоваться нормативными правовыми актами и документами системы технического регулирования и стандартизации в области оценки технического состояния многоквартирных домов (строительных конструкций, конструктивных элементов и систем инженерно-технического обеспечения); - умение читать и анализировать рабочие чертежи, схемы, проектную и сметную документацию; - уверенный пользователь ПК, САПР (NanoCad, Compas, AutoCad и тп), офисных программ (Word, Excel), документооборота (1С).
