Техническая поддержка пользователей (L1/L2): (Приём, регистрация и обработка инцидентов и сервисных запросов через 1C Итилиум, проведение первичной диагностики, эскалация сложных инцидентов, формирование базы знаний (FAQ) по типичным проблемам ) Управление учётными записями и правами доступа: (Создание, модификация и деактивация пользовательских аккаунтов, настройка ролей, групп и прав доступа, регулярный аудит учётных записей) Администрирование и обслуживание платформы Битрикс: (Мониторинг доступности, производительности и логов приложения, планирование и выполнение резервного копирования, регулярная проверка восстанавливаемости бэкапов. Обновление ядра Битрикс, модулей и компонентов с предварительным тестированием в staging-среде. Настройка и поддержка интеграций с внешними системами (почта, 1С, API-сервисы). Оптимизация работы платформы: настройка кэширования, индексов БД, параметров сервера (Nginx/Apache, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL)) Устранение инцидентов и работа с отказами: (Диагностика и устранение ошибок в модулях, шаблонах и кастомных решениях, анализ логов, восстановление работоспособности системы после критических инцидентов, ведение журнала инцидентов и подготовка постмортем-анализов для предотвращения повторных сбоев) Развитие платформы и внедрение улучшений: (Участие в формировании дорожной карты, развития портала совместно с бизнес-заказчиками. Тестирование обновлений Битрикс и новых модулей в изолированной среде, внедрение практик информационной безопасности, документирование всех изменений в конфигурации (changelog), поддержание актуальности технической документации. Согласование изменений с заинтересованными сторонами через процесс управления изменениями) Дополнительные обязанности: (Проведение обучающих сессий для пользователей по новым функциям портала, контроль соблюдения лицензионных соглашений Битрикс, участие в аудитах ИБ и подготовка отчётности по метрикам поддержки).

Высшее техническое образование по направлениям информационных систем и технологий; Опыт от 2х лет в роли системного администратора, технического специалиста поддержки или разработчика с фокусом на администрирование; Подтверждённый опыт самостоятельного сопровождения проекта на Битрикс (портал, корпоративный сайт, интранет) с аудиторией от 100+ пользователей; Уверенное администрирование Битрикс24 и/или 1С-Битрикс: Управление сайтом (версии 25+); Опыт обновления ядра, модулей и шаблонов с минимизацией простоев; Понимание архитектуры платформы: кэширование, агенты, события, компоненты; Навыки диагностики ошибок через админ-панель, логи и инструменты разработчика (панель отладки); Опыт работы с веб-серверами: настройка Nginx/Apache, PHP-FPM (версии 7.4+ / 8.0+); Базовые знания СУБД: оптимизация запросов, создание индексов, резервное копирование (MySQL/MariaDB); Понимание принципов работы ОС Linux управление процессами, правами, логами; Практический опыт работы с REST API Битрикс24 и внешних систем (1С, почтовые сервисы); Базовые навыки программирования: чтение и отладка PHP-кода, работа с массивами, объектами. Написания простых скриптов на Python/Bash для автоматизации рутинных задач.
