Руководит работой по хозяйственному обслуживанию школы. Направляет и координирует деятельность технического и обслуживающего персонала, ведёт учёт их рабочего времени. Участвует в подборе и расстановке кадров обслуживающего персонала. Проверяет условия и качество эксплуатации оборудования, инженерных сетей и систем жизнеобеспечения (за исключением слаботочных систем связи, охраны) в соответствии с правилами технической эксплуатации. Организует техническое обслуживание и ремонт зданий, помещений, оборудования. Контролирует исправность освещения, отопления, вентиляции, электро-, водо- и теплоснабжения. Организует устранение технических неисправностей и последствий аварий в инженерных системах. Выдает обслуживающему персоналу производственные задания, необходимые материалы, инвентарь и инструменты. Организует и контролирует ежедневную влажную уборку помещений (столовой, вестибюлей, рекреаций, туалетов) с применением моющих средств. Контролирует ежедневную обработку дезинфицирующими средствами дверных ручек, поручней, выключателей. Организует проведение генеральных уборок во всех помещениях не реже одного раза в месяц. Контролирует приготовление и использование дезинфекционных растворов в соответствии с инструкциями. Организует сбор и вывоз мусора, а также его утилизацию или переработку, включая люминесцентные лампы. Организует обеспечение учебных и административных кабинетов, мастерских, бытовых и хозяйственных помещений необходимой мебелью, оборудованием, инвентарём, соответствующими требованиям безопасности. Обеспечивает работников школы канцелярскими принадлежностями и предметами хозяйственного обихода. Участвует в заключении договоров на техническое обслуживание, ремонт, предоставление коммунальных услуг. Проводит работу с поставщиками по устранению нарушений условий договоров. Приобретает спецодежду, спецобувь и другие средства индивидуальной защиты для работников и обучающихся. Обеспечивает соблюдение требований охраны труда при эксплуатации зданий, оборудования, при погрузочно-разгрузочных работах, эксплуатации транспортных средств на территории школы. Организует соблюдение требований пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений, следит за исправностью средств пожаротушения. Проводит инструктажи для технического и обслуживающего персонала, оборудует уголок безопасности жизнедеятельности . Организует проведение ежегодных измерений сопротивления изоляции электроустановок, заземляющих устройств, периодических испытаний оборудования. Обеспечивает учёт, хранение, сушку, стирку, ремонт и обеззараживание спецодежды, спецобуви и средств индивидуальной защиты.Важные требованияЗавхоз должен пройти обучение по охране труда, пожарной безопасности, иметь навыки оказания первой помощи. Он несёт административную и материальную ответственность за сохранность имущества школы.
