организовывать работу по расчету трудозатрат и определению численности работников; осуществлять проверку Отчета о расходах и численности работников федеральных государственных органов, государственных органов субъектов Российской Федерации, органов государственной власти и государственных органов Республики Коми; организовывать работу по повышению квалификации работников; оказывать методическую помощь заведующим Отделами по вопросам бюджетного (бухгалтерского), налогового, статистического учета, контроля, составления отчетности; осуществлять проверку сформированных отделами пояснений к бюджетной (бухгалтерской) отчетности; представлять контрольным органам документы бюджетного (бухгалтерского) учета при проведении ревизий и проверок, подготавливать документы о разногласиях по результатам проверок; формировать единую учетную политику Учреждения; обеспечивать соблюдение финансовой и кассовой дисциплин; проводить внутренний контроль бюджетного (бухгалтерского) учета и составления бюджетной (бухгалтерской) отчетности в Учреждении; достоверно составлять и своевременно представлять бухгалтерские, статистические, налоговые расчеты и декларации; контролировать необходимость, правильность начисления и уплаты налогов, сборов, иных платежей; осуществлять контроль за проведением инвентаризации в Отделах.

Высшее профессиональное образование по направлению подготовки Экономика и управление . Высшее образование - магистратура или специалитет или высшее образование (непрофильное) - магистратура или специалитет и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки. Опыт работы не менее 5 лет бухгалтерско-финансовой работы на руководящих должностях. Практический опыт работы по ведению бухгалтерского учета, составлению налоговой и статистической отчетности, бухгалтерской отчетности, по составлению и проверке журналов операций, проверке главных книг и т.д. Знание трудового, налогового, гражданского, бюджетного законодательства. Хорошие теоретические знания инструкций по бюджетному учету и бухгалтерских проводок. Умение разрабатывать внутренние организационно распорядительные документы, определять объем учетных работ. Владение современными информационными технологиями, умение работать с основными приложениями MS Office Word. Excel. Internet, пользоваться системой электронного документооборота, правовыми базами Консультант плюс, с программами МСЭД РК, АС КАГУ, 1С, СУФД, ЕИС, Сбис, Госфинансы.
