The posting

Соблюдать регламент закупок филиала при осуществлении поставок продукции. Отслеживать выполнение закупки вплоть до ее полного завершения. Вести поиск поставщиков, изучать рынки закупок, готовить для руководства обоснованные предложения о привлечении новых поставщиков. Развивать отношения с поставщиками, анализировать их производственные и финансовые возможности, изучать возможность и целесообразность установления прямых долгосрочных связей. Проводить переговоры с поставщиками с целью размещения заказов и поиска более выгодных условий поставок. Осуществлять предварительный сбор данных о потребностях и ценах на товары, работы, услуги. Подготавливать закупочную документацию. Обрабатывать результаты определения поставщика. Формировать начальную (максимальную) цену контракта или начальную цену единицы товара (работы, услуги), начальную сумму цен таких единиц, максимальное значение цены контракта. Формировать описание объекта закупки, закупочную документацию, включая проект контракта. Осуществлять подготовку и размещение на электронных площадках, в ЕИС, предусмотренных законодательством сведений и документов. Осуществлять проверку необходимой документации для заключения контрактов. Организовывать процедуры подписания контракта с поставщиками (подрядчиками, исполнителями). Подготавливать документы о приемке результатов исполнения контракта (отдельного этапа исполнения контракта). Оформлять документацию на получаемые и отправляемые грузы, заказывать контейнеры, другую тару, а также транспортные средства для их доставки. Сопровождение всего процесса подготовки, согласования, заключения, исполнения договоров поставки/закупки в соответствии с действующим законодательством, локально-нормативными актами работодателя

высшее профессиональное образование по специальности Менеджмент, Экономика, Юриспруденция, либо бакалавр по соответствующим направлениям подготовки, прошедшее программу профессиональной переподготовки по профилю (223-ФЗ, 44-ФЗ) и стаж работы по специальности не менее 3 года
