- осуществлять мероприятия по обеспечению Правительства Тюменской области оперативной и достоверной специальной документальной связью; - участвовать в разработке документов, регламентирующих порядок обращения с документированной информацией ограниченного доступа, поступившей по каналам специальной документальной связи, проводить инструктаж должностных лиц, допущенных к такой информации, по вопросам соблюдения установленного порядка обращения с ней; - осуществлять контроль за соблюдением должностными лицами установленного порядка обращения с информацией ограниченного доступа, поступившей по каналам специальной документальной связи; - участвовать в проведении служебных расследований по фактам нарушений порядка обращения с информацией ограниченного доступа, поступившей по каналам специальной документальной связи; - организовывать и осуществлять мероприятия по технической защите информации на объектах информатизации отдела и их аттестации по требованиям безопасности информации и другие;

Главный специалист отдела должен иметь высшее образование не ниже уровня бакалавриата. Главный специалист отдела должен обладать следующими базовыми знаниями и умениями: 1) знанием государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка); 2) знанием основ Конституции Российской Федерации, законодательства о государственной гражданской службе и противодействии коррупции, системы федеральных и областных органов государственной власти; 3) знаниями и умениями в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий; 4) умениями, свидетельствующими о наличии необходимых профессиональных и личностных качеств: а) сбора, анализа и систематизации информации, подготовки официального письма (умение мыслить системно); б) умением планировать и рационально использовать рабочее время; в) владения приемами межличностных отношений, недопущения межличностных конфликтов (коммуникативные умения). Главный специалист должен обладать иными профессионально-функциональные знаниями и умениями в соответствии с должностным регламентом.
