Требуется водитель для управления пассажирским автобусом при перевозке личного состава между пунктамидислокации, на полигоны и обратно. Задача — обеспечить безопасную и своевременную доставку людей,соблюдение режима и дисциплины в салоне. Разовая выплата — до 3 750 000 ₽. Надбавки за пассажирские перевозки, ночные рейсы, работу в сложных дорожных условиях. Годовой доход — до 8 600 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Условия: Исправный автобус (категория D), ремни безопасности, аптечка, огнетушитель, средства связи,видеорегистратор, навигация. Питание, медобслуживание, страхование. Отпуск — 2 недели каждые полгода. Компенсация проезда. Задачи: Перевозка личного состава по утверждённым маршрутам и графикам, контроль посадки/высадки. Предрейсовый осмотр автобуса: тормоза, рулевое, световые приборы, шины, салон, ремни. Контроль порядка в салоне, недопущение перевозки посторонних, фото‑ и видеосъёмки. Соблюдение скоростного режима, дистанции, правил движения в колонне, взаимодействие с головным изамыкающим транспортом. Ведение путевой и пассажирской документации, учёт рейсов, отчётность. Выполнение регламентных работ (мелкое обслуживание, уборка салона, контроль жидкостей). Участие в учениях по эвакуации пассажиров, действиям при ДТП и нештатных ситуациях. Требования: Гражданство РФ, возраст до 63 лет. Водительское удостоверение категории D, стаж пассажирских перевозок от 3 лет. Ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, умение сохранять дисциплину в салоне. Готовность к работе в полевых и городских условиях. Отсутствие судимостей. Соцпакет: Льготная ипотека, жилищные программы. Статус ВБД (при наличии оснований), льготы на обучение. Сохранение рабочего места на период контракта и 3 месяца после.
