The posting

Осуществлять приём пациентов в поликлинике под контролем наставника: собирать анамнез, проводить физикальный осмотр, фиксировать данные в медицинской документации. Участвовать в обследовании пациентов стационара: выполнять объективный осмотр, отслеживать динамику состояния, фиксировать результаты в историях болезни. Ассистировать врачу‑наставнику при проведении плановых и экстренных хирургических вмешательств. Выполнять под наблюдением наставника базовые хирургические манипуляции: перевязки, снятие швов, обработку ран, наложение повязок. Участвовать в обходах пациентов стационара, обсуждать с наставником тактику ведения и лечения, вносить предложения с учётом изученных клинических рекомендаций. Назначать диагностические исследования (анализы, рентгенографию, УЗИ и т. д.) по согласованию с врачом‑наставником, анализировать результаты и отражать их в медицинской карте. Вести медицинскую документацию (истории болезни, направления, выписки) в соответствии с нормативными требованиями. Оказывать неотложную хирургическую помощь пациентам (в т. ч. при травмах, острых воспалительных процессах) под контролем наставника. Участвовать в клинических разборах, проводимых в учреждении. Соблюдать правила асептики и антисептики, санитарно‑эпидемиологический режим, требования охраны труда и врачебной этики.

Обязательно успешное прохождение промежуточной аттестации после первого года обучения в ординатуре в соответствии с приказом Минздрава России от 25.12.2023 № 716н по специальности "Хирургия".
